Seraglio Hotel & Suites Istanbul

Great location, just minutes away from popular attractions and dining options. The staff was helpful and friendly, giving us recommendations and tips for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well-stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea and snacks in the afternoon, a nice touch.

We had to change rooms due to noise issues. This disrupted our sleep and was quite inconvenient.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. You can easily explore the famous tourist spots and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist you with anything you need. The breakfast offered at the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The beds in our room were two large single beds put together, which created a slight discomfort due to the gap in the middle.

The staff at breakfast were amazing with kids, even provided toys. Receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable. Short walk to Blue Mosque and tram stop. Daily room service, clean and comfortable. Decent selection at breakfast with on-demand omelettes.

It is within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. Guests appreciate the modern and well-equipped rooms, with some even offering a view of the Bosphorus. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast, although average, is a good value and provides a variety of food and drinks.

There were some noise disturbances during the stay due to children running and jumping in the room above. However, this was beyond the hotel's control.

During our stay at Seraglio Hotel & Suites, we were impressed by the excellent service and helpfulness of the staff. Despite the language barrier, they were great too ensure that all our needs were met. From taking care of any concerns or issues that arose to providing great hospitality, the staff was so nice. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming small hotels and just a short distance from the famous Blue Mosque. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with bunk beds available for larger groups. The highlight of the stay is definitely the breakfast on the deck, where you can enjoy delicious omelettes made to order at very reasonable prices.

From the moment we arrived at Seraglio Hotel & Suites, we felt welcomed and valued. The staff were really nice too make our stay comfortable. We were a large party, including two elderly members, and Kenan, one of the staff members, ensured that our rooms were accessible and even brought breakfast directly to my grandparents' room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, made for a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance to the Blue Mosque and other attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right. I had a fantastic experience at Seraglio Hotel & Suites and will definitely choose to stay here again when I next visit Istanbul.

We loved the premium room upgrade with its spacious layout and comfortable bed. The bathroom with heated floors and hotroom was a luxurious touch. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location in the old town was perfect, with the Blue Mosque and Bacilica Cistern just a 5-minute walk away, and the Grand Bazaar a short 12-minute walk.
